A History of Coffee Greatness

Coffergy is a Don Gallego Café exclusive line, a tradition started more than 50 years ago by grandfather José Gallego, his son Erasmo Gallego and now in the hands of his grandson and great-grandchildren.

We work accompanied by our pickers who plow our land day by day, and collect our coffee grain by grain. Thanks to them since we have fertile soils, worthy of each planted tree, sandy loam soils denomination Chinchina 200, protected with noble and aromatic weeds, (WE DO NOT APPLY GLYPHOSPHATE) that makes our coffee special conditions in the sensory and physical part,  allowing us to enjoy this luxurious product. As farm owners, sustainability is everything to us.

Buenavista, the farm that lovingly houses our coffee plantations, also houses more than 50 collaborators with whom we combine daily efforts, commitment, and love for what we do. Thus we achieve a complete process from harvesting, wet and dry benefit, and roasting.
